This labor presents the operation of three 3D image rebuilder software that include a large range of 3D tools available to professional, researchers and academicians users. This sort of software allows the visualization of magnetic resonance (MR) and computerized tomography (CT) in three dimensions and the possibility of editing and casting by a rapid prototyping printer after few easy steps. Moreover, the text shows some tutorials of the principal features of these three programs: InVesalius, Seg3D and ImageVis3D, responsible for reading the MR and CT files and finding the most feasible way to become 2D images into voluminous ones ensuring reliable features to print the biomodels. After the rendering process and in possession of the readymade garments it is possible to make some analysis of the virtual images.
