Análise de parâmetros e eficiência de corte para configuração inicial de uma máquina a laser

Abstract

Manufacturing processes are constantly developing and one of these processes is developing rapidly, which is laser cutting. This research consists of analyzing parameters such as focal adjustment, exhaust system and power and relating to the efficiency of laser cutting. For the exhaust system, it was analyzed if the smoke generated in the MDF cut interfered with the cut. The potentiometer analysis was performed, as well as the relation between power and material cutting. And finally, the focus analysis, if it was properly adjusted. At the end of the tests, it can be observed that the accumulated smoke interferes with the laser cutting, the potentiometer was working and the focus was out of alignment. Information was also obtained on the potency ratio and the modification of the table height.
