The behavior of natural gas as an aquotubular boiler fuel with its burning characteristics and an explanation of the gas and how a boiler works, the combustion of the gas, the drawing, the generation of steam, the energetic transfer involved and the behavior of the fuel inside the tubular bundles of the boiler. A considered clean and effective boiler fuel option was presented, mathematically validating the chemical analysis of the burn and the way it behaves inside the boiler. For this, a comparison was made with other fuels, through the modeling of the boiler using natural gas as fuel and also of other gaseous fuel and of different types, being they, solid and liquid, in order to show how the gas behaves in relation to other fuels and how natural gas is a viable alternative to be implemented. In addition, the economic viability of natural gas was presented in comparison with the other fuels analyzed.
