Os reflexos da Lei anticorrupção na relação entre o público e o privado

Abstract

This research presents a theoretical and conceptual approach that seeks to analyze aspects of public/private relations in Brazil since the enactment of the Anti-Corruption Law nº 12,846/2013. Presents characteristics of the Brazilian Public Administration, its guiding principles, as well as the types of controls exercised. Also presents the relationships between the public and private forms of contracting with the Public Administration. Addresses aspects of corruption in Public Administration and demonstrates the perceived levels of corruption in the world, according to the nongovernmental organization Transparency International. Discusses the harm of corruption to the society, the impact of the Anti-Corruption Law to corporations and their contributions in fighting corruption. Brings as a result of the study the importance of Law No. 12,846/2013 on combating corruption in Brazil.
