dc.description.abstract | In the pharmaceutical distribution sector competition between companies is concentrated in the field of logistics. The product distributed, ie the medicines are characterized as commodity, as the same medicines can be purchased from other distributors. At present it is very rare to have exclusive distributors of laboratories on the market. Therefore, in addition to the product supplied, the distributors offer differentiated and attractive services. It is understood that this differentiation can be achieved through the application of marketing in logistics, which consists in offering some services that please the customers, through the availability of the product, prompt delivery and correct order fulfillment. It’s no use all marketing and advertising efforts if the product is not readily available, só the need for a more appropriate, more secure relationship between the companies and their customers, their suppliers, the need for more secure systems expansion. | |
