Soil adhesion is the ability of the soil to adhere to other materials, such as metallic surfaces, the tire of a car, or even the roots of a plant, due to adhesive forces and its certain moisture content. Nowadays, the test to determine this quantity is done manually and its results are given empirically, because of the sensitivity and experience of those who do it interferes directly with them. Thus, the mechanical design of a test machine to measure soil adhesive strength develops, based on product development process methodology. From detailed mechanical design is concluded that the equipment will have the expected operation, and, the test made from this equipment will provide more accurate results than the current test.
