Disposição e destinação dos resíduos sólidos gerados no tratamento de efluentes líquidos

Abstract

This work deals with environmentally alternatives available for sewage sludge generated in wastewater treatment, providing appropriate solutions for the reuse of sewage sludge and by-products generated in these treatments.The primary need demonstrated in this work is to adapt new processes,generate new economically viable products and of course bring a solution to the negative environmental impacts generated when there is no final destination.To present the purposes of this study, it has been shown to occur processes and their treatment and by-products generated in this system. It became clear the alternatives as soil conditioners, very well used in local agriculture Maringa region and its practically zero economic cost for these farmers.Besides other alternatives such as the use of sewage sludge treated in degraded areas reclamation projects.Concern proposal is to set up other uses for wastewater treatment by-products and avoid full disposal of waste produced in these processes in industrial landfills.
