Análise entre sistemas de fachadas cortina à luz dos princípios de projeto para manufatura e montagem

Abstract

The paper analyzes the curtain facade systems of aluminum commonly used in the market; stick and unitized. The analysis builds on previous articles related to the topic curtain façade of aluminum. These articles cite the characteristics of each system and its composition. Articles position the facade unitized as the evolution of stick facade, and also discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each system. Thus, this analysis aims to position the unitised system as evolution of stick system in the light of design principles to manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) and divide them into modules through its features. Being the facade Unitized the evolution of the stick, this study also addresses a comparison between the parts used in fixed frames of the same composition of different extruders for unitised facades. Thus shows some features that may offer advantages over other concepts are addressed to different extruders of DFMA.
