Análise comparativa de programação de obra entre os métodos construtivos de alvenaria estrutural e de alvenaria convencional

Abstract

The construction method of reinforced concrete structure with ceramic block seal has many steps and services that provide limited execution flexibility, and it may not be the best choice when a short lead time is desired. Therefore, new construction methods have been emerging, such as structural masonry, which is a method that has fewer steps providing agility in execution and less costs, attending to the needs of the market. This work compared the two construction systems cited, in terms of work schedules, in order to determine at which points each one stands out, and the differences in the total duration of the construction. It was also compared labor costs for each system. For the conventional method the total duration of the work was 591 days, and for the structural masonry was 348.5 days. The labor saving for the structural masonry method was almost 18% compared to the conventional one. The major differences were due to the steps of structure, sealing and inner lining.
