dc.description.abstractThis paper has the theme automation of a didactic biodiesel production machine and aims at the automation of that machine. For the project it was used a low cost microcontroller (STM32103T8C6) with programming language C ++ (Objects Oriented) for processing data from 62 sensors. To design the man-machine interface an embedded Raspberry Pi Zero system was used in order to display the data from sensors and the states of the controlled elements, in real-time. The research is justified and supported by the modernization of a machine, which is the sequence of automatic temperature control and the monitoring of motor variables, and especially the growing alternative of biodiesel to diesel of fossil origin, the best relation of man with the environment in which he lives. After the studies and the construction of the product, it can be stated that the results of the project are positive, both in the test bench and in the mechanical plant.
