Abstract

This essay Gente e Bichos - Erico Verissimo intends to understand the work's reading goal which the author set within the production and reading of his stories, teach the readers through creativity and imagination. These stories instigate creativity and interaction with the readers, showcasing it through the actions and feelings of the characters who are children in development. Verissimo showcases his grasp the work's production using "Gente", and then "Bichos" as characters, while mixing and matching them between families in a simple plot with great variation in his work.
