Desenvolvimento de indicadores de gestão para laboratório

Abstract

This study aimed at the development of management indicators for teaching chemistry laboratory, with subsequent implementation and evaluation of the process of laboratory management, to propose the use of indicators in the management of chemistry teaching laboratories. Based on the difficulties encountered by laboratories to keep some organization in the laboratories of Chemistry UTFPR – Campus Pato Branco, this project was created in order to suggest to possible indicators of laboratory management which will help maintain the best laboratory managed. Some indicators were developed and applied as far as possible by obtaining data that were to prove the real necessity of having management indicators in the laboratory. What can be concluded is that the laboratory actually requires management system, but to make it work, it is necessary to have aperson responsible for working with the indicators in order to enforce these data, making them come to represent changes in the quality and productivity in the development of laboratory activities.
