Estudo de vigas pré-fabricadas utilizadas em pontes nas estradas vicinais da região sudoeste do Paraná

Abstract

This research is about bridges using precast concrete elements for small roads in the Southwest Region of Paraná. The work focus on the study and design of precast reinforced concrete T-Beams, based on beams provided from Departamento de Estradas e Rodagem – Paraná for the construction of bridges in small roads of the state. It was sought to analyze bridges in the existing model in order to obtain information and identify which aspects can be improved, such as the need of adjustments in the dimensions to facilitate the traffic of ordinary vehicles in the region, as agricultural machinery. First of all, the design was made for transitional stage of lifting and then it was made for the final position of the beams. For this stage, the design was done by the analyses of solicitations using different methods. The first one was made using the software Ftool, considering the equalitarian distribution of forces in the beams and the second one was made using the software CSiBridge, which analyze forces in isolated elements. Corresponding best the actual behavior of the bridge structure, the second method was used for the design of the beams.
