dc.description.abstractCurrently, the collection of regulated parking fees in many cities is generally controlled using paper cards. In many cases, this way of collecting proved to be inefficient and impractical, because of the time spent purchasing and filling out tickets, in addition to the possible loss of the ticket by fill error and loss of notifications or fines received. Thus, this project consists in the development of a electronic system for charging regulated parking. The proposed system offers an administrative area for parking management; a mobile application for parking inspectors for use in everyday tasks and a mobile application for citzens who have to pay and manage your credits to make use of regulatedd parking lots. With this system, it seeks to promote greater agility and convenience to citzens in time to park their vehicles on public roads and also to supervision body of car parks in every city.
