dc.description.abstractThe purpose is this paper is to analyze the contribution of psychology, communication and training in the labor accidents prevention. The adopted methodologies were the bibliographic research and the complementary verifications, at an organization, of the presented topics. The present monography brings concepts about organizational communication, correlating its elements to the matter of labor safety. Exposes the main causes of the communication barriers in the organizations and how to deal with them in order to improve the efficacy and the efficiency of the information‟s transfer. On the ambit of the organizational psychology, the research argues the importance of the psychology professional and his behaviors studies in the prevention of accidents and labor diseases. Shows the relevance of the emotional balance in the labor routine of the human being and how to approach stress while psychosomatic disease‟s unleasher. The present monography also studies the increasing valorization of the human capital in the organizations, recognition that reflects on the development of activities dedicated to people‟s management. With its most significant representations from the twentieth century, topics as selection, recruiting, enabling, task attributing, post adapting and training, are currently considered as the true pillar of the organizational success. The research supposes that in tracing a parallel with accidentality in the labor environment, the training of the employee appears as the stage of best highlight in the field of human resources. Thereby, this study casts the purposes, the conceptions methods and the analysis of the efficacy of the professionals‟ training. Referring to the used materials and methods, this monography brings a brief case study with verifications with respect to the discussed themes, in an organization. The observations were reported by way of complementation if the bibliographic research in the sense of to analyze the reality of the evaluated institution. In the evaluation of the observed items, the case study sometimes corroborates the raised hypothesis, sometimes draws on suggestions of enrichment. The present paper closes its considerations concluding that exists an influence of the organizational communication, psychology and training in the labor safety and healthy. Infers that the focus on the efficacy of communication and training helps the process of managing employee‟s safety. The same way, the labor psychologist performance, whether by adjusting the employee to its post, whether by accomplishing the periodicals exams, contributes to the prevention of labor diseases.
