Análise da radiação solar no município de Inácio Martins - PR: limite de exposição para trabalhadores a céu aberto sem proteção

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the solar radiation to which workers are exposed in the open in their jobs in the municipality of Inácio Martins - PR. The study was conducted by collecting solar radiation data from the weather station INMET in the years 2006-2012. We determined the critical hours of radiation incidence, quantified the effects daily, monthly and annual averages of ultraviolet A and B. Also we compared this average with existing standards and recommendations. The results showed that workers are not exposed to ideal conditions of work and should be paid hazard pay or better working conditions with adequate and suitable for the weather protections.
