dc.description.abstract | Moisture is one of the most important factors in the quality of grain storage in general. Nowadays, the number of companies and cooperatives that does the control of this factor is still small, dispite the relative simplicity of the application of control systems in modern days. The popularization of programming and electronic devices creates the possibility for individuals with basic knowledge about electronics and programming skills to be able to idealize sets capable of automating tasks that were previously complex or way costly to perform. With all that information in mind, this study takes as a challenge the creation of a simple moisture control system in a grain storage shed - in particular, coffee - that uses devices such as an Arduino UNO control board and low-cost electronic devices, as well as the sizing and selection of hydraulic assembly parts for the system. | |
