Químicos restritos na indústria têxtil brasileira: proposta de ferramenta para projeto de implementação junto ao setor varejista

Abstract

The textile industry has, in its manufacturing processes, innumerous possibilities when regarding the use and presence of chemical substances during the production of apparel and footwear products. Whereas that, until the moment of publication of this final paper, there was no Brazilian published regulation that standardize the use of chemicals classified as toxic to the environment and to human welfare, this project has the objective of presenting an implementation project that can be used by the Brazilian retailer sector. The research focus is classified as qualitative, using bibliographic research and case studies to produce the content presented in the development. he proposal to be implemented, uses the Quality Management tool PDCA, as basis for the build-up of the planning, execution, verification and action steps. In the post-textual elements are presented model materials to map supplier and potentials wet processes, as well as, a template of a List of Restricted Substances that include 9 major groups of harmful substances found in raw materials and finished products.
