dc.description.abstractThis work was the subject of investigative experimental activities, in the form of a reflexive bibliographical study, in order to determine the common points between experimental and traditional investigative activities, thus characterizing basic elements for the planning of truly investigative activities that to provide a true teaching and learning process, for which the work was divided into the following topics: Experimental activities in the discipline of chemistry; Why use experimentation in teaching chemistry? Ideal experimental activity; Didactic role of the experimental activity; Experimentation as a pedagogical path; Traditional versus investigative experimentation; Investigative activities done by demonstration and demonstration activities; Planning of an investigative experimental activity. The work was concluded, determining that experimental investigative activities in its planning, should include the following points: problem-solving, hypothesis-making, elaboration of procedures, data collection, data analysis and completion. Through the teacher’s mediation, and respecting the cognitive level of the class.
