Desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta para gestão da manutenção de uma empresa de serviços geotécnicos

Abstract

The maintenance sector directly affects competitiveness and assumes a strategic role in organizations insofar as it guarantees availability and reliability of facilities and equipment. To achieve the strategic goals, it is necessary the use of management tools to measure performance and quality of the process associated with those goals. This study aimed to develop a dashboard for the management of the maintenance sector of a geotechnical services company through the application of a set of performance indicators and fundaments of user experience. These indicators were determined according to the literature, the know-how and needs of the maintenance manager, using the data provided by the company, brainstorm, and processes analysis.
