dc.description.abstractThe business environment is increasingly competitive and the problems they faced increasingly complex. This challenging environment does not allow organizations to rely solely from hierarchical structures and a number of people to maintain peak performance advantage. The use of collective knowledge and wealth of different perspectives are factors to success today and require the organizations to collaboration and teamwork in all sectors. Thus, organizations, through a consciously movement sought to adopt a strategic work in teams to become an important vehicle to move the organizations into the future and create quality products and services . Teams mean a lot of investment in time, money and resources. Let them fail or produce less than expected entails a huge cost. So, the objective of this study is to identify the development team by applying the theory of situational leadership and 360º feedback. For the development of this research, it was used the procedure of case study by the application of closed questionnaires and questionnaires based on Likert scale, to identify the maturity level of employees, the dominant style, the magnitude and adaptability of leadership, the style required for each employee, as well as the development of leadership, for a team of monitoring and controlling the maintenance of electric power distributor, located in southern Brazil. The survey results indicate possibility to evaluate the development of a team from the theories of situational leadership and the 360º feedback. The applications of theories become valuable tools, enabling a trend in the stock of skills required by the team as well as assertive direction of the development needs of leadership.
