dc.description.abstract | Managing resources for machining a product is critical to ensuring low cost and manufacturing. There are several methods for continually improving manufacturing processes, but agility in doing só has become a major differentiator in the pursuit of industry leadership. With industry 4.0, real-time information has the advantage of quick reaction to deviations, avoiding waste in the manufacturing process, but in this context, there is a big challenge to digitize the data needed to generate decisions, because in a park For older machines, this task requires a lot of creativity and persistence in the quest to create a structure that makes it possible to have the information in the database automatically. This work consists of developing a hardware that is able to generate connectivity on older machines, generate data storage security and create dashboards to assist in decision making to reduce the cost of tools. | |
