dc.description.abstract | The work presents an automation system of a didactic module, consisting of inductive sensors, actuators and supervisory software for reading and selection of metallic spheres with two different dimensions in a production line. From pre-set tolerance ranges, the storage of this selection will be made by servomechanisms immediately after this reading, distributing them in different containers according to code programmed in Arduino. The SCADA supervisory system (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) was designed from the perspective of Automation Technology Based Computer. The production data is displayed in real time on the local drive and remotely by mobile PDA (Personal Digital Assistants). | |
