dc.description.abstractThis work was thematic measure and discuss the importance of experiments in high school chemistry class. Show that through this realization students can approach understanding and above all everything minimize the negative impact that this course brings students. Through trial students will have the theory of articulation and practice with low-cost experiments involving everyday problems situations. The practice activity occurs in the handling and processing of substances in laboratories and industries, when it is working on a macroscopic level, that is, visible things as theoretical activity occurs when one tries to explain the matter at the microscopic level. Conducting experiments presents a tool for the theory and practice joint, but it alone does not guarantee meaningful learning because it requires the mediation of the teacher, guiding research the explanations and facts presented; thus generating in new challenging situation.
