Estudo e análise de modelagem do sistema neuromuscular para reflexos musculares

Abstract

With the increasing advancement of technologies in the Biomedical Engineering area and its applications towards the improvement and the rehabilitation in the people’s life who suffer from some kind of disease or organs loss, the continuous improvement in the health area is essential. A very important area within Biomedical Engineering is the muscular neurophysiology, which in addition to developing prosthesis for replacement of body’s parts, also has an important analysis to identify abnormalities in the muscle through the signal acquired and how to diagnose the patient. A very important tool to ease the diagnosis and to improve the future analyzes, as well as the development of new technologies in the area of brain-computer interaction, is the system modeling. An analysis of the modeling of the neuromuscular system with reflex muscular focus will be done and validated through simulation tests.
