dc.description.abstractThis research aims to analyze how the use of digital information and communication technologies can enhance learning in non-formal education. For this, it is necessary to search through the social network, Facebook, as a pedagogical resource in the sócio-educational workshops that take place in a Civil Society Organization (CSO).Thus, the study was structured in bibliographic research and field research, having exploratory and descriptive character in a qualitative or phenomenological way, performed as a form of action research in which there is intervention. To support qualitative and bibliographic research, authors such as Gamboa (2003), Thiollent (1998), Minayo (2004), Bardin (1977), among others. From the data analyzed with the content analysis method, it was found that digital information and communication technologies are capable of enhancing learning in non-formal education, even if the target audience had no problems with the use of digital technologies. The data showed that the main learning potential was technological, expressing the appreciation of digital technologies over the examined contents, serving as a warning about the need for practices with the use of digital information and communication technologies in the field of non-formal education.
