Sistema construtivo de parede de concreto utilizando a gestão de projetos através da filosofia lean construction

Abstract

The civil construction sector has shown a strong incentive to build family homes, especially after the appearance of the Minha Casa Minha Vida Program, which seeks to minimize housing shortages in the country. To meet this high demand, the Concrete Wall System together with the Lean Constrution philosophies were applied by several construction com panies, in order to guarantee production speed, cost reduction and waste. This work aims to make correlations between the construction processes of Concrete Wall molded in loco with the concepts present in the Lean Constrution philosophy, as well as a brief comparison between the executive processes of conventional masonry.
