dc.description.abstractThis work is entitled "Analysis of Physical Accessibility in Municipal Public Schools of Clevelândia-PR, According to NBR 9050". The general objective is to analyze the accessibility of public schools in the urban area in the city of Clevelândia-PR, according to the NBR 9050 / 2015- accessibility to buildings, furniture, urban spaces and equipment, reporting problems encountered and proposing solutions to the most frequente problems. Much has been said about accessibility lately, since the right of every citizen to come and go as laid down by law must be guaranteed. The Brazilian standard that sets standards regarding accessibility is the NBR 9050/2015. Basedon this standard it was drawn up a checklist to make the analysis of accessibility in Municipal Public Schools of Clevelândia-PR that are object of study in this work. In order for the Post-Occupancy Assessment to be valid, a questionnaire was applied to the professional whot each in these schools. Through the data collection carried out in schools, it was possible to perceive that the great majorit is far from being considered accessible, since the most frequente problems are in relation to rest rooms, stairs and ramps. This is due to the fact that the schools in question are old and have not under gone any significant form in recente years, but there is evidence that thinking is changing and that accessibility is becoming a concern when designing or renovating buildings.
