Abstract

The current Design project consists in the development of an application that provides the user with the formulation of their point of view, in addition to categorizing, any emoji of his own choice, in view of the notable impacts of everyone’s personal perspectives on the use of these pictograms in social networks. The purpose of the project will be to result in a library with different meanings for each emoji, with all the definitions in a ranking system, demonstrating the diverse existing opinions. For that, a benchmark was structured to understand the projects that already exist in the market and which points could be used or avoided. To validate the ideas of the proposal, a minimum viable product was developed, tested according to Jakob Nielsen’s models, with the purpose of aggregating information necessary for the development of the work. In addition, gamification concepts will be implemented to users can be motivated to continue using the platform, following the methodology of constant learning from Lean Startup in the structure proposed by Garrett. Finally, the collected and ranked data will be released for general access to those who are interested, respecting the LGPD guidelines.
