Implementação de um plano de manutenção operação e controle em uma empresa de produção de vidros

Abstract

One of the great concerns in a company that has industrial machines is their proper functioning, as this will guarantee the availability of the machine and continuity of the production process. Because of this, this work includes the beginning of a maintenance plan in a company that produces tempered glass in the city of Guarapuava PR. It did not have any maintenance plan, resorting only to corrective actions, which generated high maintenance costs and several stoppages during production processes. To start with, one of the machines that generated the most maintenance was chosen and then the strategic plan prepared by this study was applied, thus putting preventive and predictive actions into practice.
