Metodologias ágeis em uma microempresa de desenvolvimento de softwares: um estudo de caso com o uso do Scrum

Abstract

One of the biggest problems encountered in the system development process is completing projects with quality, within the expected deadlines and budgets. Knowing what and how much needs to be produced unquestionably increases the success of management and successful completion of software products. In this way, this study aims to identify the benefits of the Scrum Framework as a project management tool in a software development microenterprise. The paper also presents the definition, operation and advantages of the software size estimation technique: Function Point Analysis. Finally, a case study is presented to demonstrate the applicability of this technique, by obtaining the estimation of the size of a real system.
