Proposta de implantação de sistema de drenagem urbana no município de Colorado-PR

Abstract

Urbanization and the lack of urban planning are recurrent phenomena in Brazilian cities. Along with this increase and the lack of planning that considers future areas to be urbanized, several problems arise, such as the inefficiency of urban drainage systems, causing flooding and several problems for the population that is concentrated in lower areas of cities. This work aims to identify the cause of flooding from a survey of the study site, in order to verify the feasibility of a proposed solution to the problem. Based on the delimitation of the contribution area, determination of hydrological parameters, such as rainfall intensity and flow, it was possible to perform a hydraulic sizing, verifying the feasibility of implementing a canalization in the proposed stretch. Despite the difficulty in performing drainage works for correction and implementation in already urbanized areas, the implementation of an efficient drainage system is fundamental.
