dc.description.abstract | In Brazil, telecommunications has changed its scenery after the deregulation in 1998. The end of the monopoly and the incoming companies have brought to this sector a great competitiveness. The customers, thereby, with this new reality, ordered agility to support the demand from the telecommunication companies, as well, innovations in the services. That happened in an accentuated way, beginning from the incumbents. The challenge of the companies is to manage the necessary knowledge and the knowledge generated by great new projects, that occurred, most of the times, in parallel, according to the demand. In this context, the aim was proposing a corporative site of Knowledge Management for a collaborative environment in innovative projects, especially in telecommunication companies. In the bibliography review, subjects were discussed as: competitive vantages with the use of the Information Technology, Information Systems, companies connected by networks, Knowledge Management, the knowledge as a innovative source, Knowledge Management in projects, corporative sites, their definitions, minimum requirements and functionalities. It was executed a case in a telecommunication company, that, uses the Information Technology and Communication. To collect the data, it was used, initially, a questionnaire that was a base for difficulties diagnosis among the employees involved in innovative projects, as well, to define, by the the users, the worthiest items in a corporative site, focused in the Knowledge Management. With the first results, it was developed a corporative site that was implemented in the innovative projects section. After using the corporative site to evaluate it, there were accomplished interviews with the users, in order to identify their perception about the corporative site. As a result, it was noticed that the corporative site achieved its goal as a facilitative tool in the knowledge management and it is ready to serve a collaborative environment, supplying identified deficiencies in the initial diagnosis. In the end, there are presented the main screens of the tool, the necessary requirements and a proposal of users manual, as well improvement suggestions, proposed by the users that used the developed corporative site. | |
