The purpose of this dissertation is to analize the relationship University-Business- Government on aspects of innovation and methodology of technology transfer in the specific area of nanotechnology, checking the forms of cooperation of each of the agents involved in generation, innovation and technology transfer, examining the relationship between theory and practice of cooperation. University-Business- Governement in the development and transfer of innovations in nanotechnology for the Group NanoITA and relating the motivations, barriers and facilitators of each agent that effective cooperation in the generation and transfer of nanotechnology of the Group NanoITA. In the Methodology as chose a qualitative approach, as it is an exploratory-descriptive research from a literature review and the Case Study of the Research Group NanoITA, created with the aim of developing research in nanoscience and nanotechnology, developer of nanostructured systems oxides as pigments for ceramic-coating and advanced ceramics. For data collection to support the analysis and discussion of case studies, were used as a tool to implement structured interviews consisting of open questions, directed specifically to each of the universe of research, consisting of subject-keys, representatives of University of the Company and the Government engaged in the creation and development of the Research Group NanoITA. As a result, it has been that the University-Business- Government is encouraging innovation and technology transfer in nanoscience. The role of university-enterprise integration, mediating the process of development of technology, leading a research project of its materials are used in the ceramic tile industry, obtaining the support of bodies developers, allowed not only the scientific project of its materials are used in the ceramic tile industry, obtaining the support of bodies developers, allowed not only the scientific project evolve as stimulate new organizational arrangements are institution s for generation, transfer of new concepts and technology in this market.
