This article noted the use of management accounting in firms with less than one year of existence, located in the city of Chopinzinho, southwest of the state of Paraná. With the opening of markets, new technologies, and ease of access, the market became more competitive and strained, and it is essential that entrepreneurs are prepared with useful, accurate information for decision making. The management of micro and essential for the survival of the business, which competes directly with both enterprises of their similar size, as with large companies and multinationals.
