dc.description.abstractThis work was developed based on detailed analysis of operation, demand and efficiency of public services offered by the Citizen Service Center - Atende - that, among other uses, is dedicated to providing services such as payment of property tax and Territorial Urban (property tax), approval of projects, building inspection, health monitoring, maintenance services and zoonosis. Just by analyzing the efficiency of the public service, the unfolding of the affairs of this monograph perceptions are focused and dedicated to scientifically applicable to public dealings administrative techniques, and the use of these techniques by the leaders of each internal cell of this body, because the quoted efficiency is related direct communication with fluency and also with the internal cohesion of the agents in the horizontal and vertical directions in the foreground and the effectiveness has an intimate relationship with the leadership of each of these leaders and their skills to carry out the purposes they are meant to population. Opposite the subject of leadership practices will be addressed the role of a leader, what it does and how and when to act, as always fruitful conflict resolution depends on several factors such as source of the problem, training the agent, the consultant and animosity other congeners aspects where the necessary attitudes and decisions shall be implemented consistent.
