dc.description.abstractThis work presents an analysis of interlocutive interactions in a social network in the context of distance learning. The interactions occurred between a tutor and students of the echnical Course in Real Estate Transactions, post-secondary, in the distance modality, of a Federal Institution in the South of Brazil, a Polo located in the southwest of Paraná. The research data consist of closed-group timeline statements and Social Facebook discussion chats that occurred between February 28, 2015 to October 20, 2015. The interest in this analysis arose from the perception that interactions in the virtual classroom between students and distance tutors occurred more effectively in the social network Facebook when compared to the interactions occurred in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) of mentioned course. In this context, the study aimed to analyze the interlocutive interactions between students and tutors, in a context of distance learning, when using a social network (Facebook) to interact in the course, and with that to observe the ways in which these interactions occur with a view to the appropriation of knowledge in the course and, above all, the role of the tool in the enhancement of such interactions in the field of professional training. They also point to probable reasons that make the social network Facebook a space more mobilized/used by students of the course: greater dynamism and ease of access.
