Abstract

The high performance and quality in development projects are increasingly in focus. This causes grow the search for experts in all areas. Many times the lack of knowledge of some developers hinders and delays the performance of the open source software projects. In order to assist with the search and recommendation of the experts, was drawn up this work course conclusion, which aims to analyze existing social networks based on the communication between developers and thus be able to recommend the best people to help by participating in discussion of a reported problem. Using the proposed approach, it may be possible to increase the team’s performance by reducing rework and increasing collaboration among members.
