Estudo comparativo sobre a implantação do planejamento e controle da manutenção (PCM) na indústria

Abstract

This work aimed, through the analysis of two case studies and comparisons with other references, understand the importance of planning and control of maintenance, as well as illustrate steps for this implementation. The main focus of this work was to compare the management manually of the maintenance, represented by the work of Baldessar (2006), which is the implementation of a planning and control of maintenance for transformers of the CELESC, with informative method, represented by the work of Nagai, Batista and Dagnoni (2015) which deals with the application of PCM in a bottling plant arla 32. In addition to demonstrating through case studies the importance of planning and control of maintenance, this work aims to recommend improvements in these works. In the case of the work of transformers, punctuates tips for switching to the informative method. In the case of bottling plant arla 32, describe tips for implementation of predictive maintenance.
