Abstract

This project presents a quick solution in case of deficiency in the high-pressure refrigeration system in machining centers in a block machining plant in the Curitiba region. Its purpose is to reduce machine intervention time and to dismiss spare pumps in stock. Thus, it is possible to stock repair kits for pumps that have a lower cost, só that one can remove the damaged pump from the machine and perform bench repair and return it to machine after repair. This project can be used on 5 different machines and is easy to install. The control is performed through a programmable logic controller that controls the workbench and receives the commands from the machining centers. The workbench has a human machine interface where it is possible to carry out manual commands, view alarms and operating sequence hardware and software structure.
