Transposição de redes aéreas para subterrâneas na cidade de Curitiba: caso da rua Comendador Araújo

Abstract

The scope of this monograph was to seek in all reasonable ways, justice and reasonability, before and arising from common sense in the interpretation of contracts and laws correlated to the sector of telecommunications networks. The nuances and all burial and improvement actions of the telephone network at Rua Comendador Araújo in downtown Curitiba were analyzed. We interviewed several technicians and managers involved in the track work, as well as analyzed several other cases of network improvement that were successful. The costs of the work, the difficulties encountered, the inherent municipal bureaucracy, the difficulties of communication of the Operators and of these with the power of the city were specified. In the face of so many difficulties, the possible solutions to each problem are mentioned in this article. However, at the end of the work, analyzing the before / during / after work on Comendador Araújo Street, one arrives at the conclusion that, a priori, Reasonableness and fairness, all parties must give way to conversation, especially the municipal government and the Electric Power Company. In this way, if there is a real communication between all of them, dividing the costs of the work in proportion to the benefit generated to each involved entity, there will be a modern city, with more well-planned streets and without visual pollution caused by optical cabling and metallic.
