dc.description.abstractThis work aims, initially, to check the interconnections between softwares Autodesk® Navisworks Manage 2015, Autodesk®® Revit Architecture 2015 and Microsoft® Project 2013. It also seeks to collect evidences of practical application of the whole development of BIM modeling 3D, 4D and 5D, executed by an architect, a deadline planner, an estimator, and a builder. Furthermore, it intends to propose an implementation itinerary for BIM modeling 5D, which consists in virtual view of the building progress plus the costs. The methodology developed covers a theoretical basis, which was characterized, among other concepts, the 5D BIM modeling, time and project management and also presents the necessary tools for the application of these concepts. Therefore develops a case study in a construction company that uses the methodology BIM, in order to document the process of creating the BIM 5D modeling. Through the procedures obtained in the case study, it creates a generic itinerary to implement the BIM 5D modeling, highlighting the working group organization and exemplifying the practical use of the software.
