Avaliação da cultura intraempreendedora: desenvolvimento e teste de uma metodologia

Abstract

The main aim of this research was to develop and test a methodology to evaluate the level of some organizations intrapreneurial culture. The work was developed through field research, carried out in 5 (five) manufacturing industries, which are amongst the biggest ones regarding profits in the city of Ponta Grossa, State of Paraná. The field research objective was to test and validate the methodology developed throughout the study. The results of this research pointed out that it is possible to evaluate the level of intrapreneurial culture in an organization through the methodology developed. As further results, the research also showed that most of the sample companies do not present a proper level of intrapreneurial culture.
