Tecnologias de gestão produtiva: estudo de caso em uma pequena propriedade de avicultura

Abstract

This study presents the technologies of productive management and energy efficiency employed in a small broiler farm in Marechal Candido Rondon. Discusses the current poultry scenario and technologies. Throughout the research, it shows energy efficiency techniques such as photovoltaic modules, use of capacitors and the innovative method of inverters in exhaust fans and linear temperature controller in ovens for heating in broiler shed. In addition, quality tools were suggested and applied, such as 5W1H and 5s as well. All the information was achieved throughout literature and partner company. The main result was a reduction of approximately 63% in annual electricity bill and an organized broiler farm.
