Análise ergonômica do trabalho: postos de inspeção em uma empresa do ramo metalúrgico de Ponta Grossa - PR

Abstract

This paper presents the ergonomic analysis of the labor inspection department of a small company in the metallurgical branch located in Ponta Grossa - PR. Were performed ergonomic analysis of the work situation, ergonomic analysis of the task and ergonomic analysis of the activity, which aimed to assess the scope biomechanical variables. The study was carried out between November 2013 and January 2014. The data were collected through observations, questionnaires and interviews with industry employees. Using Niosh and Owas methods, was possible to conclude that there are no large risks of the activity, but that it can bring harm, because the employees are exposed daily, for 8 hours a day, to the analyzed condition.
