dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to study Londrina’s entrepreneurs profile trade with focus on food trade. Due to its importance in the Brazilian economy , innovation has been encouraged between the companies , therefore, this research sought to determine whether the efforts of food companies Londrina make them able to compete nationally or even international market. The objective of this study was to analyze and describe the profile of these managers according to their degree of innovation, by Kirton’s type . The questionnaires were administered in five places of Londrina , later, the data were tabulated and analyzed , verifying trends and correlating the results . According to the results, we can verify that companies need to develop processes that allow for innovative development , so that the organization get prominence over the others , thus characterizing it , and developing a unique style that sets it apart from other competitors .
