Análise dos aspectos de implantação da ISO/TS 16949:2009: os benefícios adquiridos pelos fornecedores de autopeças da indústria automobilística

Abstract

The present work aimed identify the advantages associated with the introduction of ISO / TS 16949 in Ponta Grossa companies - PR that provide auto parts for car manufacturers. Therefore, we diagnosed the profiles of companies with and companies that do not have the standard implemented in its operations, as well as considerations of an automotive assembly plant in the same region on the aspects analyzed. Company profiles were analyzed by the application of a questionnaire developed on the relation client supplier. In all, were part of this research two companies that have ISO TS 16494 certification, three companies that do not have certification and the automotive assembly plant. It was observed that the main advantages associated with the introduction of ISO / TS 16949 in Ponta Grossa companies - PR that provide auto parts for automotive manufacturers are: the ability to achieve greater market share, gain new customers, provide more reliable products and offered add greater value to the brand of the supplier.
