Avaliação e adaptação de métodos heurísticos para o problema de programação no-idle flow shop com função objetivo bi-critério

Abstract

A requirement of the efficient use of resources in a production system makes the Production Planning and Control an important and competitive factor between organizations. This paper deals with production scheduling as a useful tool in the decision making of companies in operations management. Will be used initial ordering methods highlighted in the literature for the problem of flow shop sequencing, and other adapted methods, attributes through statistical tools. The research deals with the flow shop problem, with no-idle constraint and objective function bi criterion composed by the weighting between the total scheduling time - makespan - and the mean flow time - mean flowtime. As a result of the computational experimentation developed, we obtained the best performances in the solutions of the problem tested through the SPT and Triangular heuristics.
