Abstract

This work has as objective to study and understand the relationship of art and fashion and how this relationship can be favorable to the completeness of both. In seeking to achieve it, the study used the bibliographic and field/interview research methods. In the history of art will present through authors a brief history, in the field of performance art This will be described how this occurs as one of the various aspects of art; as the relationships between performance and dress code, showing the relationship of the body with the clothes and art, finally, will be described the performance at the present time, exemplifying designers, designers and artists who make art as their object of study.
