dc.description.abstractThe present study aims to disseminate good practices in the mapping and structuring of processes performed in a climate control company, because, due to the constant growth in the marketplace market, the competitiveness between companies has become accentuated. Because of this, as any modern organization needs to remain competitive and updated with market changes, in this sense, mapping and process management is essential for possible changes in its strategies. In this case study, we mapped a process that involves making the end customer contact requesting the opening and/or monitoring of their warranty service. As a result, it was possible to present improvements in the internal flows and the reduction of contact aiming at the quality of the service.
